There are some images that stay with us forever. Photos of people from another time going on with their lives as if tomorrow will never come, a passing snapshot at the hottest car of the ‘60s, or even a look at our first crush – we’ve got all of those here and more. From stunning images of actresses like Faye Dunaway and Mia Farrow, to The Boss himself, every photo included here tells a story, and with it hopefully comes a memory from your past that you can treasure forever.

Faye Dunaway

That voice. That face. Could it be anyone but Faye Dunaway? It’s absolutely crazy to think that Faye Dunaway’s career got off to a bang with Bonnie and Clyde in 1967. Prior to starring in this landmark film of the New Hollywood Era, Dunaway had only appeared in a couple of films and television shows – all of which makes her standout performance in Bonnie and Clyde all the more incredible. Following the success of Bonnie and Clyde, Dunaway’s star only went up.

A Thing of Beauty

Now this is truly a thing of beauty. Before every automobile had to look like a soap bubble on wheels, American muscle cars had personality – they made you want to put the pedal to the floor and open up the engine regardless of the consequences. Also known as the Chevrolet Corvette (C2), these bad boys were the precursor to the Chevy Stingray, and the last of an era for Chevy. A semi-combination of the Q-Corvette and Bill Mitchell’s racing Sting Ray, this is a sleeker, more stylish version of the cars that came before. You don’t see a lot of these out on the road today, and for good reason, Chevy only made about 10,500 before calling it a day.

Connie Stevens

Connie Stevens really did do it all. From working as a contract player with Warner Bros. to scoring hit singles in the 1950s and ‘60s, Stevens is likely most well known for her 1960 hit “Sixteen Reasons,” which went all the way to Number 3 on the Billboard Charts. In the 1970s Stevens was a staple on our televisions, specifically her hosting duties on The Muppet Show. A cult star down to the bone, we’ll never forget Stevens or the way she entranced audiences for decades.

Tura Santana

Tura Santana is easily the most recognizable member of the troupe of well endowed actresses who populate the films of Russ Meyers. For those not in the know, Meyers wrote, directed, produced, and even lensed some of the most important (and absolutely wild) exploitation films of the 1960s and ‘70s, with Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, and Mudhoney being two of the most exciting movies you’ll ever see. In the former, Tura Satana plays Varla, a go-go dancer up to no good and with a penchant for using her switchblade. At 83 minutes, this is Meyers at his most accessible. If you love films, or just like some good action, it really is worth your time.

Ursula Andress

Of course we love the gadgets, the guns, and the exotic locals, but it’s really the babes that make the Bond films. There’s no doubt that Dr. No would have been successful without Ursula Andress, but we doubt that it would have made the same cultural impact without this blonde Swiss beauty. In the film, Andress plays Honey Ryder, a diver who makes her living off of selling shells in Jamaica, and as ridiculous as it sounds she absolutely makes this movie work. While Dr. No and Clash of the Titans (released nearly 20 years later) may be her most celebrated film, Andress has always been a star in our eyes.
